Booking and Payment:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
• Payments can be made via credit card, check, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.

Liability

• 360Vibes is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the use of our equipment.
• Clients are responsible for any damages to the equipment caused by guests.
